Managing a fast paced restaurant is not an easy task and becoming a shift leader while on a part time job is even difficult, but me with my great customer service skills and hard-work was made a shift leader within few months.

Introduced a plan for a new restaurant for opening in Humber college Lakeshore campus. Did research through focus group, online surveys as well as one on one communication. After that analysed all the data and decided location, type of restaurant, delivery partners and other important information.
Blood donation camp
While working for NSS during my college. Me and my team organised a blood donation camp. It was a huge success. After receiving a lot from society it is our duty to give something to them be it your time or money.
Life Path of Ishan Gandhi
I have a very strong belief about opportunity and I feel whenever life gives you an opportunity never say no to it.During Covid-19 I was busy developing new skills which can be used for my advancement. As I didn't have my job during this time I utilized this time to learn some new skills  such as google analytics, Google digital garage and many more apart from that I also starting doing an online course from University of British Columbia which was related to Marketing and innovation. I follow great personalities like Dan Lok, Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, Jack Ma, Mukesh Ambani and Mark Cuban. They all teach us a a great lesson about opportunity it's either you can utilize an opportunity or cry that you never get one.
